Our mission is to give you the power to facilitate environmental communication and shape how individuals, groups, organizations see and value the environment. Sustainable environment is a communications challenge. To do that, we want to share our view on how this might be achieved and have been encouraged by the huge amount of ideas and passion shared with us here.
We aim to raise awareness of environmental issues worldwide by bringing people together. That being said, not all content is about the environment protection – so we have community guidelines to outline what we do and don’t allow on Enviroble.
1. The services we provide
To help advance our mission, we provide you with an integrated environmental social network platform with free access to access to and use of our website, mobile apps, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commerce services including online products and services (collectively the “Services”) provided by enviroble.com.
We help you access and personalize your experience on the natural environment; from communication to eco-friendly products and ads all in one place. Unlike other social networks, what you experience and discover on Enviroble are about the environment such as the nature, planet, air, water, land, wildlife, animals, smart cities and building. You experience a new environment from the News feed (posts, stories, events, ads and other content) to Marketplace.
2. Using Enviroble
a. Who can use Enviroble (your commitments to us and our users)?
You may use the Services only if you agree to form a binding contract with Enviroble, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Enviroble account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. In any case, you must be at least 13 years old, to use the Services. If you’re based in the EEA, you can only use Enviroble if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country.
We provide these services to you and others to help advance our mission on environment protection. In exchange, we need you to make the following commitments:
• use your real name that you use in everyday life on your profile;
• provide accurate information about yourself to us and keep it updated;
• create only one account (your own) and use your timeline for personal purposes;
• not share your password, give access to your Enviroble account to others or transfer your account to anyone else (without our permission);
• Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
• Use the Services in a professional manner.
b. Our license to you Use the Services
Enviroble grants you a personal, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Services solely as permitted by these Terms. You own all of the content, feedback and personal information you provide to us, but you also grant us a non-exclusive license to it.
Our mission is to give you the power to facilitate environmental communication and shape how individuals, groups, organizations see and value the environment. Sustainable environment is a communications challenge. To do that, we want to share our view on how this might be achieved and have been encouraged by the huge amount of ideas and passion shared with us here.
c. Commercial use of Enviroble
If you want to use Enviroble for commercial purposes, you must create a business account and agree to our Terms of Service. If you open an account for a company, organization or other entity, “you” includes you and that entity, and you promise that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.
